Model Release Form

I had to get my model for my photoshoot to sign this release for in order for me to gain permission to photograph her. This was important as I am now able to establish that the image that I use within my magazine are my own (primary images) and that they are not subject to any copyright laws. Also, this was important to ensure that my model agrees to letting me photograph her and it is a professional stage that takes place in the real magazine industry.
